Over the past couple of years, Too Faced have shot up as one of my favourite beauty brands when it comes to eyeshadows. I find the quality easily equals the likes of Urban Decay, and their palettes have no problems standing out from the crowd with unique designs and gorgeous shade combinations that are just lovely to work with. The new Sweet Peach Collection is one of the most fun makeup collections I've seen and I couldn't wait to try some of the key pieces from the range, which altogether includes an eyeshadow palette, lip glosses, highlighting palette and blushes.

Too Faced Sweet Peach Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss Review

I love lip gloss and quite a few favourites in my makeup stash which I love reaching for all year round, so I'm excited that the Too Faced Sweet Peach Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss range includes so many gorgeous shades that can be worn alone or teamed with a favourite lipstick. There are 8 shades in the range ranging from your natural nudes to soft pinks and bold reds, with a stand out vibrant orange in the form of Poppin' Peach.

As you can imagine, there's a sweet peachy scent to these glosses, as the whole range actually smells like peaches. The glosses themselves are actually quite light in consistency, with a creamy texture and a sheer to medium finish. The shades are pretty true to how they look in the tube; I've been trying Pure Peach, Peach Tease and Tickle-Me-Peach, which all apply beautifully, what you see is what you get. All three can easily be worn along, as they give enough pigmentation for a good colour payoff, but they are just as lovely to use over a lipstick and/or lip liner.

They're infused with a skin-loving blend of Peach, Coconut Oil and Vitamin E, so they work to give you the colour and coverage you want, whilst moisturising and softening your lips. This is the first lip product I've tried which has oil as the main focus, and so far I really like them. Lovely for these warmer days we're getting, I can't get enough of them when I'm just going for the basics makeup wise and want an easy pop of colour.

You can check out the full Too Faced Sweet Peach Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss range at (£16), (£16) and ($19).

Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette Review

The Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette is obviously my favourite piece in the collection and it's the first palette in a long while where I have equally loved every single shade. Usually, there are a couple of shades I just don't use much in a premade eyeshadow palette, but Sweet Peach ticks all the boxes for me, with shades I can see working for any season and occasion. The palette features 18 shades ranging from peachy pinks to corals and bronzes, nudes and purples and even a lovely mossy green.

The finishes include matte, satin, metallic, frost, shimmer and glitter. The shadows themselves have that familiar buttery soft powder that I've come used to from Too Faced and I personally find even the paler shades pack enough pigmentation to wear without needing a base shade to make the shades stand out. A primer is something I always use and recommend using when you're wearing eyeshadow, as you're just guaranteed a better wear from your shadows when you start off with a long-wear primer. The shades are as follows:

White Peach is a pale beige with yellow undertones and satin finish
Luscious is a medium brown with a warm coppery undertone and metallic finish
Just Peachy is a medium rosy pink with a subtle golden shimmer finish (very similar to MAC Expensive Pink, RRP £13.50)
Bless Her Heart is a medium olive green with a frosted sheen finish
Tempted is a blackened brown with an iridescent pearly sheen finish
Charmed, I'm Sure is a medium-dark brown with a matte finish
Nectar is a light golden yellow with warm undertones and a frosted sheen finish
Cobbler is a medium-dark brown with warm red undertones and a pearly sheen finish
Candied Peach is a medium orange with a pink micro-glitter finish
Bellini is a medium peachy pink with golden shimmer and a frost finish
Peach Pit is a brown with warm bronze undertones and a shimmery sheen finish
Delectable is a dark purple with warm burgundy undertones and a satin finish
Peaches 'n Cream is a pale peach with matte finish
Georgia is a medium peach with matte finish
Caramelized is a medium-dark brown with warm tones of bronze and a frost finish
Puree is a with medium caramel brown with warm reddish undertones and matte finish
Summer Yum is a medium brown with warm undertones and a matte finish
Talk Derby to Me is a dark purple with fine pink and purple sparkle with a sheen finish

The shades with frost, metallic or shimmer finishes are my favourites from the palette, and the ones I find easiest to work with. I find the darkest shades with glitter finishes don't translate as well on the lid; although they swatch well, it's hard to create the desired effect with a brush but if you spritz your shadow brush with setting spray prior to application, I do find it gives more impact.

The palette itself has this super fun peach theme which makes the palette feel more playful and exciting to use. It has a huge compact mirror, although using a metal/tin casing for the palette does add a little bit more weight to it. Unlike many high-end eyeshadow palettes, it doesn't come with a brush, but ti does include a guide to creating three looks from the palette. Longevity wise I do find my shadow stays in place well throughout the day, but if I do use the more glitter finish shades, I can experience a light glitter fallout by the end of the day.

The Too Faced Sweet Peach is a winner for me. I have really enjoyed using the glosses and I love the selection in the eyeshadow palette. Do I think the palette is a must-have? Maybe not for everyone, but if you want a more unique selection of shades in one palette, set for all year round use, then this is definitely worth adding to your beauty stash!
