I don't know about you, but January has flown by for me. It seems like the festive period and Christmas Day were so long ago! January has been a month of falling in love with old favourites, as well as finding a few new must-haves in my beauty stash. My January favourites, the products which have stood out the most for me this month.

Last week I shared the Lush Valentine's Day Collection (see here), and one product in particular has been a nightly must-have for me. With the same delicious scent and flavour as The Kiss Lip Gloss, The Kiss Lip Scrub is a bubblegum pink Caster Sugar lip scrub that leaves my lips feeling instantaneously smooth, helping to keep dry skin at bay. I love using this at night before popping on a deeply hydrating lip balm, leaving me with beautifully soft lips by morning.

A product which has featured in a lot of favourites posts now is the Pai Bergamot Lip Balm. Unfortunately, I can't find this in stock anywhere and I have a feeling it may have been discontinued (I really hope it hasn't, because I love it!), but it's a must-have for me throughout the day when I'm not wearing lipstick and want to keep my lips soft and happy. 100% organic, it's a Bergamot-infused balm made with Beeswax and Sweet Almond Oil. Subtly scented and beautifully effective!

One of my favourite lip products for a good couple of years now, and another regular feature in my monthly favourites, I've found myself turning daily to the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector, £15.80. I can't rave about this range enough! With a beautiful scent (which I think is vanilla?) and a melting-gel formula, they work to nourish, repair and protect. Using Shea Butter and Wild Mango to repair and soften, alongside Vitamins A and E which reinforce the repairing action as well as protecting against free radicals, the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector is without a doubt a holy grail product for me (full review here)

A product I featured earlier in the week, I have adored my This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray, £16, this month for helping me get a peaceful, deep nights sleep! You can find out more about this miracle worker in my full review here

Massively down to my current skincare routine and products which have left my skin super happy, my skin throughout January has looked and felt better than it has in months. Unusually for me, this has made me sway from my usual preference for medium-full coverage bases and I've found myself reaching for my beloved Origins Plantscription SPF 15 Anti-aging Foundation, 30ml £29.50, most days - a base I usually reserve for summer. It's just the most lovely base for a light coverage that leaves my skin looking healthier and radiant (full review here).

Another daily favourite for me which leaves my cuticles and nails happier and healthier is the Kernow Spa Nail & Cuticle Oil*, 10ml £4.95. With a lovely subtle scent and beautiful blend of natural oils including Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil and Rice Bran Oil, it works to condition nails whilst softening cuticles. A life-saver for me in this cold weather!

A serum which gets used more so in winter than any other time of year, the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II, 30ml £49, has been a nightly must-have serum for me over the past few weeks. Definitely one of the pricer serums in my skincare stash, it really is as good as all the rave reviews say! A fail-safe way to achieving happier skin by morning, it helps to reduce the signs of ageing with an exclusive ChronoluxCBTechnology which helps to boost our skins natural nightly renewal. Helping to leave skin smoother, hydrated, softer, stronger and more youthful, radiant and even toned, it has a lovely light-weight formula that feels lovely on the skin (full review here).

Last but not least, a scent I cannot get enough of is the stunning YSL Black Opium Eau de Parfum, 30ml £37.40. One of the most beautiful scents I've ever had the pleasure of owning, I find myself applying Black Opium everyday at the moment! With a stunningly designed bottle (I think it's my favourite ever perfume bottle, actually), it has top notes of Coffee and Pink Pepper, heart notes of Orange Blossom, Jasmine and Vanilla, alongside base notes of Patchouli and Cedar. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!
