Sleek Blush by 3 Californ.i.a

It's been a while since I treated myself to something from Sleek, I just couldn't resist Californ.i.a. when I saw it though! One of my favourite products from Sleek is their Blush by 3 palettes which are slim and sturdy palettes containing three blushes. I've quite a few from the range, but all are either powder, or just the one palette that also houses a cream blush. So impressed with the one cream blush from Sleek that I have dabbled in, I knew Californ.i.a had to be mine - a palette of three cream blushes, and beautiful shades at that. Spring and Summer are when I really go to town on cream blushes, really adoring the finish they give; cream blushes have a way of instantly making you look happier and healthier, a natural glow.

Californ.i.a (Boots, £9.99) features three shades, Newport Peach, The Surf and OC, the perfect palette for a coral fiend. Each has the same delicious formula; soft and creamy with an almost cream-to-powder feel and just the slightest dewy finish. The longevity is fantastic for a high-street brand, never needing to touch up and each not only blends beautifully for a natural finish, but can also be built up for more intensity with ease. Newport Peach is a pink-coral with fantastic colour-pay off that reminds me of a muted MAC Vegas Volt. It's super pretty, and works perfectly for Spring time looks. The Surf is the lightest of the three shades in the palette, a peach with pink undertones and fine golden shimmer. Although slightly less opaque in finish than Newport Peach, The Surf is perfect for those barely there makeup days and is easily the most wearable of the three shades. OC is the warmer of the three shades, a coral orange with warm red undertones, just a touch less vibrant than Newport Peach. I love all of the shades in Californ.i.a., but my favourite for shade vibrancy is Newport Peach and The Surf is more wearable on a day-to-day basis. I think OC will become a new love when my skin has caught the sun and is a touch warmer in tone, but applied lightly each would compliment even the palest of beauties.
