Clarins Instant Light Blush 01 Vitamin Pink

Clarins Instant Light Blush 01 Vitamin Pink
If you've been following my blog for a while now you will know that despite my ever growing blush collection, it's just not something I am overly confident with. I've been slowly introducing myself to different blushes, finishes, shades, formulas and brands over the past six months or so and some I adore and can happily wear quite confidently, others I am a bit stuck with and just don't know how I feel about them. One thing I have found hardest to find my knack with and struggle with application wise, is any blush which isn't powder. Creams, liquid, mousse. I just seem incapable! But there is one blush which falls into these categories that I can get to grips with and I have really started to love it.

I was very lucky to win this blush in a giveaway. It's the Clarins Instant Light Blush in shade 01 Vitamin Pink. It's a liquid blush which provides an instant, natural-looking healthy glow. It has plant and mineral ingredients which work to sculpt and smooth the cheeks for a radiance-boosting colour. It has a satin finish which illuminates the cheeks and revives radiance.

When I first got this I was a bit like 'Oh God, how am I going to use this?' and for months I put it off, leaving it in my blushes drawer and forgetting about it. This past month or so I've started to reach for it and I have really grown to like it. Unlike other liquid blushes I have tried before, I have found this really easy to apply. You only need a touch and it blends in far easier than any other liquid blush I've ever come across. The colour is also subtle, but enough to give a nice healthy and rosy glow. It lasts all day too without looking washed out or faded by the end of the day. It's basically a very lovely liquid blush with an easy-to-work-with formula and great colour pay off and lasting power.
