L'oreal Rouge Caresse Lipstick

When the Revlon Lip Butters hit the UK, all I could see was people comparing them to the L'oreal Rouge Caresse lipsticks. Well, I was already in love with the Revlon Lip Butters, so I thought why not pick up one of these much talked about L'oreal Rouge Caresse lipsticks and see exactly what all the fuss was about?

I decided on Impulsive Fuchsia, because lets be honest, everyone loves a pink lip shade. The L'oreal Rouge Caresse lipsticks are available in 13 shades in the UK. I already want to add Dating Coral and Metallic Coral to my ever growing lip collection, after falling in love with this shade.

The L'oreal Rouge Caresse lipsticks are advertised as a flutter of kissable soft light-weight colour with a delicate texture which glides onto the lips creating a veil of colour with luminous shine. They have a weightless sensation, luminous and fresh colour, meltingly soft application, a pop of colour and feather light feel.

The way these lipsticks are advertised is exactly how this product works and feels. Much like the Revlon Lip Butters, they are soft and easy to apply, leaving your lips feeling soft and nourished. Although I only have this one shade from the range, I do think that the colour pay off for these lipsticks is just that touch better than the Revlon Lip Butters. So easy to apply, long lasting and the perfect pigmentation, this has not only become one of my favourite lip products, but also one of my top lipstick choices for the summer!
