Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist Intense Review

I was introduced to a wonderful natural beauty brand back in 2016 that has since found it's way to becoming a welcomed addition to both my daily skincare routines and products I feel are safe enough to use with Willow. That brand is Jurlique, well loved for the beautiful range of skincare products that are effective and a joy to use.

There's nothing more lovely than applying your skincare products and really enjoying the products you use, knowing you'll be happier with the results it gives to your skin. Jurlique products tick that box for me, and my skin is particularly adoring the Rosewater Balancing Mist Intense, a limited edition rose facial mist, based on the best-selling original Rosewater Balancing Mist.

Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist Intense Review

Toners have always played a big part in my skincare routine and on those rare occasions I forge to use a toner, the negative effects are pretty evident on my skin the next day. For me toners can be a wonderful way to hydrate and moisturise skin, an essential step in both my morning and evening routine and for me a step I simply cannot miss. This is where the Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist Intense comes in.

A slightly more powerful version of its original counterpart, it offers a daily hydration boost and is most suitable for normal and combination skin. It has the most incredible scent of fresh roses, quite possibly the most true rose scent I have come across in a skincare product before and one which instantaneously leaves me feeling relaxed and serene. It uses Jurlique's 'Seed to Skin' process, with a unique blend of five precious Rose extracts, including Rosa Gallica and Rosa Damascena, grown on Jurlique's very own farm in Australia.

Benefits wise it offers skin a real moisture boost, helping skin feel softer and smoother in texture, providing antioxidant protection which helps protect your skin from harmful environmental factors and pollutants, which can leave skin looking lacklustre.

I apply morning and night to my face, neck and decolletage, lighting patting into my skin. I like to let it 'soak in' fully before moving onto my serums and oils, and almost instantaneously I can feel a difference in the texture and feel of my skin. Instantly plumper, softer, my skin looked more refreshed and youthful after a couple of days use and continued use over the past couple of months has had a wonderfully positive effect on my skin which can be prone to dehydration, especially in these colder winter months.

The Rosewater Balancing Mist Intense is a limited edition product and costs £45 for 200ml. It's definitely more on the pricey side when it comes to facial mists, but if it's within your budget then it's definitely worth snapping up before it's gone for good - you can currently grab it online at www.debenhams.com, with it being sold out at practically every other retailer.

If you want something a little more purse-friendly than you can pick up the original Rosewater Balancing Mist, with the 50ml costing £18 and the 100ml costing £24 - available at www.debenhams.com,www.feelunique.com,www.jurlique.co.uk and www.lookfantastic.com.

  1. The smell of rosewater is so amazing! When I was younger my nan would use rosewater diluted with water as a toner after her bath and that smell reminds me of her! I would love to try this product! You are right about toners too, its amazing how many people don't use them, its amazing what a good toner can do for your skin. Lovely post!
