NEOM Scent to Sleep

Sleep. Oh glorious sleep. I've always been a big fan of sleep, taking naps whenever I can and always enjoying a super long lie in. Isn't it funny how it's the things we take for granted that we end up missing the most? Take my University days for example. Boy did I take advantage of endless sleep, staying up all night and sleeping all day, sometimes even dozing in lectures (because who goes to lectures to actually learn, right?). I took advantage of sleep when I was pregnant, too, which was hard to resist when my body was screaming out for naps and tiredness would become so overwhelming I could have very easily slept standing up at times.

Sleep is heavenly, and I miss it like mad. Everyone warned me, everyone told me to take advantage of sleep whilst I had the chance because 'once the baby arrives, you'll never sleep the same again!'. I thought they were exaggerating. Of course I'd get a good night's sleep again! Oh, how wrong I was. Sleep is an elusive dream now, a long forgotten luxury. I need all the help I can get when it comes to taking advantage of those few hours a night I do get, and that's where the NEOM Scent to Sleep range comes in.

The Scent to Sleep range features 8 individual products which come in a variety of sizes, individually as well as in gift sets and collections. Each has the same beautiful Tranquillity scent; the first scent range I ever tried from NEOM all those years ago and still to this day one of my favourites that I always return to. Utilising a complex blend of 19 essential oils, each has been selected for their relaxing properties and instantly makes me feel more serene and content.

If you're new to NEOM then you might not know that each scent within their range has therapeutic benefits. For the Tranquillity range the 100% natural, ethically sourced ingredients work to encourage positive well-being, helping to aid sleep, de-stress, boost energy all whilst lifting your mood and leaving you feeling more relaxed, calm and content. The perfect range for anyone needing a little help in winding down and getting a good night's sleep.

NEOM candles are my favourite when it comes to luxury scents and the Tranquillity 3 Wick Scented Candle (£45) is the perfect way to envelope your home in the relaxing scent of English Lavender, Sweet Basil and Jasmine. I've never come across a brand before whose candles fill every corner of our home, whilst using pure, natural vegetable wax and 100% natural fragrances. For me the scent is perfect; the lavender really pulls through whilst the basil adds a lovely sweet touch, toning it down beautifully, whilst the Jasmine finishes off Tranquillity with a stunning calming floral note. The 3 wick candles have a burn time of 50 hours, set to last absolutely ages - I burn ours for 2 hours at a time to ensure an even burn and find 2 hours more than long enough for a long-lasting scent. I light our Tranquillity candle in our bedroom in the evenings where it creates the perfect environment to settle down for the night ahead.

If you're someone who loves a night time bath as a way to get you ready for bed then the Tranquillity Bath Foam (200ml, £22) is the perfect place to start. Simply pour one capful under running water and let the heavenly scent of Tranquillity and those all important essential oils create the most serene bath time yet! An SLS-free foam, it's a gentle way to pamper skin and help you relax before getting into bed.

Once you're ready to climb into your cosy bed, everyone's favourite place to be, a couple of spritzes of the Perfect Night's Sleep Pillow Mist (30ml, £20) is the easiest way to make sure you're soon ready to drift off for a peaceful sleep. I've been using this mist for a couple of years now, always replacing it as I adore the scent and find it much better than other sleep mists at helping me feel relaxed and sleepy. It uses 14 of the purest essential oils including Lavender, Jasmine, Chamomile and Patchouli, helping body and mind relax within minutes.

The Scent to Sleep range is a beautiful way to ensure you're getting enough rest and a good night's sleep, with a stunning array of products that are effective and of the highest quality with a beautiful scent. I love our evenings being themed around the tranquil scents of English Lavender, Sweet Basil and Jasmine and each of the products are as luxurious as they look.

You can find each of the products featured in this post as well as the other Tranquillity Scent to Sleep range over at www.neomorganics.com - I'll be checking out the Intensive Deep Sleep Treatment next, what about you?

  2. I feel like there are cheaper alternatives that will help you get a good sleep, lavender is supposed to be a great relaxant. A nice hot soak and just switching off half an hour before your proposed bedtime should help. However, I do like a good candle and this seems like a really nice high quality range of products that would make lovely gifts as well. Nice post!

    1. There are always going to be cheaper alternatives, but for me the quality of NEOM ingredients plus as a brand itself makes them worth the cost! :) Let me know if you decide to give the candle a try - it's also available in a smaller travel size which is more purse-friendly in cost xo
