Lush Easter Collection 2015

If you're a big fan of Lush like me, then you've probably been awaiting the Easter Collection almost as much as those delicious chocolate Easter eggs you'll be devouring this Sunday! Like all Lush collections, this one is full of products for both bath and body, with gorgeous designs, delicious scents and a dash of limited edition goodness that'll leave you wanting to snap up the entire collection before it's sold out for another year.

A golden touch of glamour, the Golden Egg Bath Melt £3.75, is a delicious toffee scented molten gold and glitter covered bath melt that is packed full of Fair Trade Colombian Cocoa butter. It's pretty decent in size, so I've cut mine in half so I can get two uses out of it. Simply pop it in the bath and let the moisturising ingredients of Cocoa Butter and Olive Oil work their wonders to leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. Add a touch of uplifting Bergamot and Sweet Wild Orange Oil, and we have ourselves quite a luxurious product!

A product you can get lots of uses out of is Bunch of Carrots, which are reusable bubble bars! £5.95 will get you a bunch of three carrot bubble bars, each designed to look pretty darn realistic. To use you simply hold one carrot under running water, letting them work their magic in creating a bath full of bubbles scented with Buchu, Lemon and Grapefruit Oils. I love how fun these are overall as a product, a great alternative treat for kids this Easter if you don't want to overload them on chocolate!

What says Easter more than bunnies? The Hoppity Poppity Bath Bomb £2.50, is adorably designed in the shape of a rabbit's head; white and pink make a delicate and subtle theme for this one. Bath bombs are one of Lush's biggest selling points, the products they're most famous for, and Hoppity Poppity is a perfect addition to the range - I wish it was permanent! With fresh Violet Leaf and Lavender, it's perfect for winding down after a long day and getting some much needed you-time. As a fun little twist, it contains popping candy, which makes me even more excited to give this one a try!

I adore Lush soaps - in general I'm a big fan of handmade soaps and prefer them to chemical filled options which don't have any longer term benefits for our skin. Somewhere Over the Rainbow £4.25, is such a pretty soap, with pink, blue and a blend of the two creating a super pretty purple. A soap created to brighten up your home and mood with a spring time look and scent of mood-enhancing Neroli alongside Rose Absolute and Sicilian Mandarin Oil, it leaves hands cleansed and softened with ease. It's certainly brightened up our kitchen!

Last but not least, and one I can't stop sniffing cos it smells blooming scrumptious, is Pot O' Gold Shower Jelly, £3.50. Not only does this look absolutely amazing; a vivid and glistening tub of gold, it has a delicious scent of Caramel alongside Orange Peel decoction and Fresh Pineapple Juice. I've only tried one shower jelly from Lush before, which I found a little more effort to use than I was hoping for, but this has definitely got me in the mood to give shower jellies another try. Just look at it!! Besotted.

Will you be indulging in any products from the Easter collection? There's a ton more products alongside the ones featured in this post - you can check them all out in store and online at www.lush.co.uk

  5. I had the Golden Egg yesterday - wish I'd read this first, as cutting it in half is a brilliant idea! Means I'll have to buy another one. Oh dear, what a shame...!

    1. I do it with a LOT of Lush products. Some of them can easily be cut up or broken into smaller pieces for multiple baths : ) At least you can do it with the other one you buy ;) xo
