One Love Organics Skin Saviour

A picture of the One Love Organics Skin Saviour Waterless Beauty Balm

Cleansing balms are by far my favourite way to cleanse on an evening. There's something very therapeutic about massaging your face with a balm as it effortless removes all traces of dirt, grime and makeup. My current cleansing balm love? One Love Organics Skin Saviour Waterless Beauty Balm £30.

As you can guess from the name, this beauty is organic so the ingredients inside are natural, skin-loving and free of any nasties. Formulated with pure, cold-pressed Plant Oils and rich Mango Butter, it has a subtle citrus scent (which is quite refreshing if used in the morning). The skin-loving ingredients inside help to break down dirt and makeup, cleansing the skin without stripping it of our protective layer. As well as cleansing, it also works to hydrate the skin and if like me you adore a multi-purpose product, you can even use it to tame flyaway hairs.

Like all cleansing balms, a little goes a long way. I massage the balm into my skin for a good couple of minutes before rinsing away with a warm muslin cloth. Afterwards my skin is left clear, clean and overall looking much fresher. After continued daily use I've also noticed my skin feels softer, more supple to the touch.

At £30 per 51ml it's not the cheapest cleansing balm out there, but results wise it's one of my favourite. Cleansing balms do last a really long time, so depending on how long this one lasts I'd definitely repurchase. If you're looking for something more budget-friendly, I'd recommend checking out The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter £12 which is one of my favourite beauty balms and another that lasts forever.

What's your favourite cleansing balm?

  1. I'm still yet to try anything from OLO but have a sample set at home I keep meaning to open! This is top of my to try list though as I love balms!

  2. I received a sample of this in one of my BirchBoxes and I adore it! I got so close to using it all up that I had to stop because I couldn't bear to finish it though. It is pricey at £30 so I'm using Ultrabland from Lush while I build up to repurchasing this one.
