December has been one hell of a busy month, so my The Vegan Kind review is a lot later than planned (sorry!). But to make it up to you I don't just have one The Vegan Kind box review to share with you all today, but two! With the November box subscribers have been treated to a box full of delicious food and a beauty product from one of my favourite natural and organic brands. The Vegan Kind Beauty Box was also sent out to subscribers of the beauty edition this month, featuring some brands I've been wanting to try for a while as well as introducing me to a few new ones too. Both boxes have a fab contents, so let's get stuck in shall we?

The Vegan Kind November Box* £10 a month plus p&p
There's a huge full sized beauty product included in the November box, and it's actually a product I already use! The Organic Surge Awakening Shower Gel £5.99 is the perfect scent for making you feel refreshed and revived in the mornings, especially on these colder winters days when we would rather stay in bed. There's a gorgeous combination of Spicy May Chang and Bergamot Essential Oils which give Awakening a beautiful scent.

Onto the food-y products and this month's picks were delicious as always. I always try and 'save' the food products in The Vegan Kind boxes, but they're hard to resist and we devoured most of November's offerings in just a couple of days! My favourite was The Primal Kitchen Coconut & Macadamia Paleo Bar £1.59 which was so, so nice and unlike any other natural bar I've tried before. It was particularly tasty when dipped into the Considerit Salted Caramel £2.50, exclusively created for The Vegan Kind. I also tried this drizzled over hot chocolate and it was amazing! Definitely inspired me to check out more from Considerit.

The Vegan Kind introduced me to Ten Acre in a previous box, so I was really happy to see them featured inside the November box too. This time I received a packet of Ten Acre How Chicken Soup Saved the Day Crisps 80p which made a much healthier snack to my usual favourites (Chipsticks, for anyone interested!). Very flavourful, I really do need to order in some Ten Acre crisps as they're just delicious! Another brand I was really excited to see included was a carton of Rebel Kitchen Orange Choc Mylk, the only brand whose flavoured milks I've ever liked. Using hydrating Coconut Milk, pure Somerset Spring Water and a touch of Organic Date Nectar, there's no added sugar, additives or preservatives (and very, very addictive).

Last but not least the final product in the November box is the one we're yet to use - a 250g packet of Quinola Mothergrain Express Guinoa £2.55. I've never cooked with (or eaten, I think) Quinoa, so I'm saving this for when I've done a bit of research and can plan a meal ahead using it. Quite excited to give this a try!

The Vegan Kind Beauty Box*
Perfectly themed for December with a delicious scent, we have the Fairypants Vegan Cosmetics Candy Cane Lip Balm £3.99. I've never heard of Fairypants before but this Candy Cane lip balm smells so fresh and invigorating, with the exact scent of candy canes. There seem to be tons and tons of scent/flavour varieties available, and as a self-confessed lip balm addict I can see myself trying a few more lip balms from Fairypants very soon!

I've never tried the Superdrug B. range before, but it's always been a brand I've been intrigued by so I love that one of their Vibrant Lip & Cheek Colours £3.99 was featured in the box. I received the shade Prom which is a lovely blue toned pink. It works really well against my skin tone, but it's a shade I think would look super pretty on a variety of complexions too.

Organic Surge have featured in the Beauty Box too with their multi-tasking hero product, the Organic Surge Million Dollar Balm £13.99. Perfect for soothing and restoring dry skin with a replenishing and moisturising formula, it's particularly good for cuticles, elbows and knees and even as an overnight treatment lip balm.

Last but not least, there are two products inside the November Beauty Box from a brand I haven't come across before, Freya Luna. Including a Skin Support Facial Steam Bath £1.50 and a Happy Feet Footbath £4, I'm saving these for a pre-New Year's pamper! The facial steam promises to promote healthy growth of new skin cells, leaving skin softer and more supple, whilst the footbath has been formulated to soothe tired and aching feet, whilst multi-tasking as a skin softener.
