There's a new product from Clarins, released as part of the beautiful Autumn Make-up Collection, and I am completely besotted. I've tried a lot of cream to powder products before and they are some of my favourite to use in a look, but Clarins have created such a beautiful and easy to work with formula, that they have quickly taken the top spot as my favourites yet.

The Clarins Ombre Matte Cream-to-Powder Eyeshadow* (£19) range contains six gorgeous, autumn-perfect shades presented in light-weight little round pots with the classic gold Clarins casing and petite Clarins 'C' logo. Each has been created with an innovative cream-to-powder formula, that looks like powder in the pot, has a heavenly velvet soft cream formula and applies like the most dreamiest powder shadow. They effortlessly combine the quality and hold of a powder shadow, but with the comfort and smoothing effect of a cream shadow. Using Bamboo Powder to create an even and matte finish, they boast fantastic longevity, creating looks from day to night with ease.

02 Nude Pink is perfect for neutralising colour, creating an even base for a simple nude look, or to be teamed with other shadows as the perfect base. A pale pinky nude, it's a very flattering shade and I love teaming it with 04 Rosewood, a gorgeous rich taupe that also works really well as a wash of colour over the lid. 06 Earth is my favourite, an incredibly beautiful chocolate bronze that I just know is going to be one of my most reached for shades this Autumn.

I've always been a big fan of Clarins, whether it's their beautiful skincare range or truly stunning makeup and limited edition collections, they're one of the top brands for me. Cream shadows are a product I use every single day, and Clarins offerings are genuinely the nicest I have ever used. They've got the formula down perfectly, the shades are beautiful, they apply and blend with ease, the longevity is fantastic. Can you tell I'm impressed?
