Introducing Bee Good

Bee Good Intensive Hand Repair with Honey, Borage & Echium
I love nothing more than finding a brand with fantastic ethics, even more so when that brand is British. I adore brands from all over the World, but I think it's important to support the fantastic brands we have right on our doorstep! Bee Good is a British brand whose products are cruelty free, planet friendly, and free of any unwanted ingredients such as synthetic colours, Mineral Oil, Silicone, SLS, SLES or Parabens. With a name like Bee Good, it'll be no surprise that Bees play a big part in Bee Good products, and Bee Good is the only British premium skincare brand which exclusively uses British Beeswax, Honey and Propolis in every single one of their products. Ethically sourced direct from British Beekeepers, plant oils harvested from British growers and both products and packaging being made here in the UK in Hampshire, Bee Good is a brand that stands out from the crowd.

So why are Bee Good products so good? Bee Good harness the centuries-old healing powers of ingredients in their products, particularly Honey, Propolis and Beeswax, creating innovative, yet kind and gentle products which work to benefit your skin with only the finest ingredients. Bee Good use exquisite blends of ethically sourced British Bee-ingredients alongside naturally active botanicals and potent British plant oils. They ensure that all Bees used for Bee Good products are never harmed, using reliable, trustworthy and hard-working British Beekeepers. As well as ethically sourced ingredients, Bee Good are really passionate about supporting and protecting our beautiful British Countryside, putting a share of their profits back into important Beekeeping causes as well as the education and apprenticeship of young Bee Farmers. A British brand to be proud of!

Over the past few weeks I've had the pleasure of trying a Bee Good product for myself, and it's become quite the daily staple. I have a lot of hand creams, they're a product that have been a part of my routine since I was a little girl. I try to take good care of my hands, but they easily suffer in the cold and constant changing weather. The Bee Good Intensive Hand Repair (BeeGood*, 50ml, £12) goes a step further than other hand creams I've tried, a deliciously thick creamy formula that when massaged in, sinks in beautifully, leaving my hands feeling instantly soothed. Any dry areas feel smoother, softer, also working to repair dry cuticles, with it's multi-use repairing treatment formula. With key active ingredients of Borage Oil; a plant oil with one of the richest sources of essential fatty acid GLA, helping to retain moisture, Echium Oil; an anti-inflammatory with nature's richest known source of SDA, perfect for reducing inflammation, as well as benefit for eczema, acne and psoriasis, as well as Honey; well-loved for it's moisturising and nourishing properties, which soothe and soften skin, it's almost like super-food for your hands. Continued use has left me with happier hands, which feel softer to the touch. The packaging makes it super easy to apply enough with half a pump for both hands, with a scent that's subtle, soothing and comforting. Love!

  15. I definitely think supporting smaller brands that still manage to uphold strong/good ethics can serve as a big 'F' you to those corporate giants that still do things to unethical way! It proves it can be done without much money at all. Good job to Bee Good!
