It's no secret I adore Bobbi Brown, so I'm excited to bring you four reviews today of some very new products and new shades from Bobbi Brown. I love Bobbi Brown. Her products never let me down, always surpassing my expectations and the formulas, colour pay-off and longevity of Bobbi Brown products is astounding - a firm favourite brand.
Bobbi Brown High Shimmer Lip Gloss in Pure Gold* (Bobbi Brown*, £18) - For those of you who love a high shimmer finish but want to avoid the usual sticky formulas of a lipgloss, the Bobbi Brown Lip Gloss ranges are incredible. There's seven lip gloss ranges in total on offer from Bobbi Brown; there's the Lip Gloss range, the High Shimmer Lip Gloss range, the Crystal Glitter Lip Gloss range, the Sheer Colour Lip Gloss range, the Shimmer Lip Gloss range, the Brightening Lip Gloss range and the Rich Colour Gloss range. I've recently been adding a touch of High Shimmer Lip Gloss into my makeup routine with the beautiful Pure Gold, a new shade to join the High Shimmer family. The High Shimmer Lip Gloss range combines stunning, light-reflecting shimmer which runs throughout the gloss, with a long-lasting, non-sticky shine. Formulated with fine pearls and clear pigments, Pure Gold has a very lovely colour pay-off and the glitter within is perfectly matched to the shade of the gloss. Pure Gold looks lovely when worn alone, but I think it comes into it's element when teamed with anything from nudes to reds, even purples and pinks! There's a tapered doe-foot applicator, so I prefer to apply with a separate, clean lip brush to prevent colour from my lips transferring to the crisp white tapered doe-foot applicator. Not just any old gloss, the High Shimmer glosses are enriched with emollients and Vitamins C and E, which work to moisturise, condition and perfect your lips. I just love how well the formula has been created; a true shimmer lip gloss that delivers rather than disappoints.

Bobbi Brown Limited Edition Nail Polish in Tuxedo Black* (Bobbi Brown*, £11) - If you read my recent nails post, The Nails Edit: Bobbi Brown, you will know I love the new nail polishes available from Bobbi Brown. Unfortunately they all seem to be limited edition, so if you want to try a very special polish from one of the most respected brands in beauty, now is your chance! Tuxedo Black is a beautiful shade, an almost true-black with a hint of slate. It's dark, seductive, sultry, all without being a stark black. It has more depth to it than a true black would, and looks even more beautiful when teamed with a glitter or fine shimmer top coat. With a wonderful formula, Tuxedo Black applies smoothly and evenly, needing just two coats for a true intense colour pay-off and the longevity is good too; lasting a good six days on my nails before starting to chip. I also really love the shape of the Bobbi Brown polishes, square with rounded corners, simplistic design and the Bobbi Brown logo. Lovely!
Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick in Tuxedo Black* (Bobbi Brown*, £20) - A new shade to join the Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick family, Tuxedo Black is a deep, pure-black that glides onto the lids effortlessly. When I had my makeup done at Space NK with NARS makeup artist Benoit, he taught me how important using a black cream shadow stick such as this, can be for creating the perfect smokey eye. I adore a smokey eye, whether it's black themed, purple, green - you can create a smokey eye with practically any colour. But when I do darker smokey eyes, I always try to follow the steps Benoit taught me. Since this stunning cream shadow came into my life, I've tried a few smokey eyes and found it really does do wonders for not only transforming a look, but also prolonging the longevity of my eye makeup. You see, the Bobbi Brown Cream Shadow Sticks are utterly wonderful and the formula so perfect that this literally does glide on to your lid with no tugging or pulling, just instant, intense colour. An award winning product (Best Long-Lasting Eye Shadow, Irish Tatler Beauty Awards 2013) this won't be the last Long-Wear Cream Shadow to join my makeup collection - I have my eye on Vanilla, Forest and Shadow which I hope to add to my collection soon! These are also incredibly easy to blend so you can use it for anything from an all-over base, to shade, define, even highlight. With incredible longevity, this is an absolute winner for me!
Bobbi Brown Ink Liner in Blackest Black* (Bobbi Brown*, £20) - A brand new product from Bobbi Brown, how exciting! Ink Liner has been formulated with an improved formula and uses a felt-tip applicator for easy application. 2013 has been the year I rediscovered my love for liquid eye liners, particularly liquid liners with a felt tip applicator. Ink Liner has impressed me, with a true, deep black as the name Blackest Black suggests, this is incredibly easy to use as well as incredibly long-lasting. The felt-tip applicator is firm, yet soft enough to allow movement along your lash line super easily; no dragging or pulling with this liner! It's easy to create anything from a subtle, thin line along your lash line, to the more extravagant cat-eye liner I personally adore. I have to be careful with liquid liners as I find my eyes can be fairly sensitive to them, but this one has been lovely and hasn't caused any sensitivity whatsoever. It's my go-to liquid liner at the moment and I can't wait to see what other shades Bobbi Brown bring to the Ink Liner range!
