Oh L'Occitane...

If you have seen my L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil and the L'Occitane Honey range posts, you might have guessed that I really, really like L'Occitane. I just find their products really luxurious, and although they are what I suppose most people would refer to as a high-end brand, the quality in the ingredients and products makes them a brand whose price I don't even consider - I know their products are amazing quality that never let down. And that is good enough for me!

The L'Occitane Protective Cream with SPF 20 is something all of us are going to need once the warmer months hit us. With 15% shea butter and an SPF20, it works to intensely nourish dry skin and protect it against dryness and climate damage, leaving skin feeling comfortable and nourished. You can use this on your face or body, but I opt for using it on my face. Like my Antipodes Immortal SPF15 Natural Sun Protection, I've been applying this on days when I am off out, under my normal every day moisturiser. A moisturiser with an SPF in it is extremely important in protecting our skin from the climate and sun - even when the sun appears to be hiding, it can still damage our skin, so it's even more important to use an SPF whenever we can. I really like the texture and feel of this cream. It's soft, light and leaves an almost silk like feel to my skin. A perfect addition to my skincare routine. You can find it on the L'Occitane website here and a 50ml glass pot will cost you £31.

The L'Occitane Organice Pure Shea Butter is a thick balm like product which melts onto your skin. Using 100% natural origin organic certified shea butter extracted from wild kernels of shea tree fruits, it works to nourish, protect, soften and regenerate dry, dehydrated or sensitive skin. It's also enriched with antioxidant Vitamin E. With no real scent to it, this product is one I reserve for Sunday evenings. Sunday's for me are 'proper pamper days'. The end of the weekend where I need a real beauty treat. After a pampering bath or shower, I'll apply this all over, leaving me with super soft skin that by morning, just feels beautiful. As well as using this on your body you can also use it on your lips, face and even your hair as a pre-wash treatment. You can find it on the L'Occitane website here and a 150ml tin costs £27.
