VO5 Gloss Me Smoothly

I recently shared with you my thoughts on the very first VO5 products I had ever tried and how much I enjoyed using them. The three products; Smoothly Does it Curl Defining Mousse, Give Me Texture Instant Oomph Powder and Plump it Up Dry Backcomb Spray, have become firm favourites and part of my every day hair care routine. You can read my review of these three products here. Today I am going to be sharing my thoughts with you on the Gloss Me Smoothly Shampoo and Conditioner.

With extracts of satin silk and a subtle fruity fragrance with hints of jasmine and orange flower, this fabulous duo unlock shine for a sleek and glossy transformation. Advertised as best for frizzy hair, they come in huge 500ml bottles! These are my very first VO5 shampoo and conditioner products, having not tried any others from the various VO5 ranges. But I am impressed!

I find these lather up well, I don't have any difficulties with my hair tangling in the shower and unlike most high-street brand shampoo and conditioners I have used where it feels as if your hair isn't really left clean afterwards, these leave my hair feeling clean and soft! I've also found my hair easier to manage after using these; they tame my curls slightly and if I blow-dry my hair straight after getting out of the shower, it easily dries almost completely straight. Although these don't quite compare to my Bumble and Bumble products, these are lovely for more everyday use and I love how they leave my hair!
