Ben Nye Luxury Banana Powder

I cannot tell you how excited I am about this month's Instead of a Beauty Box product! I have been lusting after the Ben Nye Luxury Banana Powder for so, so long. Spurred on by my love for American beauty guru's, who rave and rave about this product being amazing for your under eye area, and particularly for use on areas you have applying a lighter or highlighting concealer or similar product. So, when I was considering what to get for this month's Instead of a Beauty Box post, I thought why not? I've wanted this for around five months now. I took the plunge and I ordered it!

I actually ordered it from Amazon and I was chuffed to see that a 1.5oz tub of it was just £8.99, plus £3 post and packaging! And what's even better, is it came just a day later, fantastic fast delivery!

Ben Nye makes cosmetics for theatres  so the products are made with the intention to last, last, last! Under lights, on stage, show after show, Ben Nye's products have to last. And that is exactly why the Ben Nye Banana Powder is so good! And, if you are a fan of the way Kim Kardashian highlights and contours - this is the powder she uses!

I've been loving using this. I've used it mostly to set my under eye concealer as well as any liquid lighter concealers or highlighters. I've actually found since using this that my oily skin in my t-zone is less of a problem throughout the day, and my under eye makeup doesn't crease, which is something it did before. I'm chuffed I finally bought this, a little goes such a long way and I know this will last ages and ages! But before it even has the chance to run out, I'll be ordering a backup! I genuinely don't think I could be without this now!

  12. hmmm tempted by this but slightly concerned it will leave a yellow tint on my pale skin. Wish there was somewhere I could try out the different shades in the UK!

  13. I've got this product in the shade Buff as I was worried the yellow might not match with my skin as I use it to set my whole face. Its the best powder I own and I'm tempted to byt the Banana one as well. X
