Neal's Yard Remedies Rosemary and Cedarwood Hair Treatment

Neal's Yard Remedies Rosemary and Cedarwood Hair Treatment

Whenever I pop to the Chalk Farm Nando's, I always pop into the Neal's Yard Remedies store and have a little look around. The staff are so warm and welcoming there and some of the nicest staff I have come across before! A real credit to NYR. On this particular visit me and Sophie were pretty much eyeing up every last product and we certainly had our product-lust eyes on. Then I came across this wonderful blue pot which caught my eye...

The Neal's Yard Remedies Rosemary and Cedarwood Hair Treatment comes in a wonderfully cute 50g glass tub which costs £6.50. An utterly special deep conditioner, it works to stimulate the scalp and revitalise lack-lustre hair. It's perfect for any hair type, but the best benefits will be seen on hair which is affected by colouring, chlorine, harsh weather or age. It's main benefits are that it works as an intensive conditioner, helps restore body and shine and the fact it is multi-purpose; it can be used as a pre-wash conditioning treatment or as an extra intensive overnight treatment. To use, simply apply to unwashed, dry hair, and massage well into your hair and scalp. Then simply leave on for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight! To remove, thoroughly massage in your preferred shampoo, then rinse and leave to dry naturally.

Neal's Yard Remedies Rosemary and Cedarwood Hair Treatment
I find the scent of this product more than slightly addictive. It has an utterly soothing and dreamy scent of rosemary and cedarwood which are both strong, but at the same time not over powering. The first time I used this I was like a child with a new toy. I was amazed by the fact that the product, which is a solid almost wax like balm, melts as soon as you touch it. This makes it super easy to distribute through your hair and massage in. I've used this in both the suggested ways; as a pre-wash treatment and as a more intensive over night treatment. Every time I use it my hair has been left feeling amazingly strong. It's not like any of the hair oils or styling products I have used before which promote conditioning as well as styling and protection, nor is it even like any of the more conventional during-washing conditioning treatments I have used. This leaves my hair feeling softer, stronger, smoother and gives it a beautiful natural and healthy looking shine. I've used this a few times already and I haven't even made a dent in it - So for £6.50 this is a true bargain investment that is going to last for ages! I will definitely be repurchasing and I recommend it to anyone and everyone!

  7. Ohh, I'm going to have to get this! I'm off to Tokyo next month for a week and worried the flight will dry out my hair so this might be a perfect treatment to help repair my hair when I come back. Can't believe the price either, such good value! xx

  19. Hey, I’m attempting to work out whether or not this can be price splurging on however all of the reviews ar from individuals with fine and oily hair. Mine is coarse, thick and brittle/heat broken. Any plan whether or not it would be helpful for somebody like me? Thanks! -
