Palmer's Body Care Range

Palmer's Body Care Range

If there is one brand who can make me stray away from high-end brands and save a lot of money in the process, it's Palmer's. Palmer's has been a favourite of mine for years and years. Their Cocoa Butter Formula has been a favourite body lotion of mine for as long as I can remember and it's one I will always repurchase. Palmer's is a great high-street brand which can be found in stores such as Boots and Superdrug as well as supermarkets, and it's a super affordable and purse-friendly brand. Today I am going to be sharing with you my top four products from Palmer's!

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Moisturising Body Oil and Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula

Let's start with my faithful and old favourite, the Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E. This works to soften, smooth and relive dry skin and it also works to smooth away marks and tone your skin. It is enriched with Vitamin E and is an advanced moisturiser. Perfect for after showering/bathing and even when tanning, this can be used daily for super soft, nourished skin. It has the signature Palmer's scent of cocoa and is absolutely divine

A new favourite of mine, and I mean favourite in the sense of I use this morning and night and half way through the day I am craving to use it again it is that good, is the Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Moisturising Body Oil. This also contains Vitamin E, which is an ingredient in all of Palmer's products, and it is lightly scented with the trademark Palmer's scent, fast absorbing and will leave your skin silky soft. The first time I used this I expected it to be messy and take forever to sink into my skin. But boy was I wrong! It sunk in within a minute or so and had a bit of a dry oil effect after I had rubbed it in. My skin felt silky smooth and soft, smelt beautiful, and the feeling lasts all day, too. You can use this any time of day, it's great for after showering or bathing and you can even add a few drops into your bath to make a bath oil!

Palmer's Cocoa Body Scrub and Palmer's Cocoa Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks
I love a good body scrub and I am use to natural body scrubs from Betty Buff or any from the Soap & Glory range. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much from the Palmer's Cocoa Body Scrub, but golly gosh was I pleasantly surprised! It tooks a variety of boxes. It exfoliates, polishes, nourishes, smooths and refines your skin! It has the most bizarre texture - It's thick, yet creamy at the same time. It's gentle, but enough of an exfoliator to leave your skin silky soft. And the scent of cocoa for this is mouth-watering good. It leaves my mouth watering in the shower!! I think this might actually be a new favourite body scrub.

I'm a curvy girl. So it's no surprise that I have stretch marks on my tummy. So I was really intrigued by the Palmer's Cocoa Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks. This is a really thick body butter which then quickly melts into your skin as you rub it in. It leaves my tummy feeling amazing soft, a bit firmer (bare in mind I've only been using this two weeks) and I am sure after longer use this will tick all the boxes it promises. It contains Vitamin E, collagen, elastin and smoothing lavender and suggests you apply it to stretch mark areas three times a day, although I've been doing this before bed only.

All of these are products I will be repurchasing. I have rekindled my love for Palmer's, and yet again I am totally entranced and in love with the scent. This are amazing for any skin type and even better, they are the perfect kind of products for these cold months over Autumn and Winter when our skin is getting a bit worse for wear! Let me know what your favourite Palmer's product is, I'd love to hear your recommendations!

  16. The moisturiser works amazingly well as an aftersun - I find that it works best on sunburned areas if chilled in the fridge first. I always use it as my aftersun of choice, because it keeps my tan for that little bit longer and prevents any peeling. It works better than any aftersun I have ever purchased and is a snip of the price.

I tried the tummy butter when I was pregnant, but opted for bio oil in the end. I have minimal stretch marks that are barely noticable - it is more expensive than palmers but you can pick up a small bottle in Boots and a little goes a long way. I urge you to give it a go!! :-)

Also, I wasnt keen on the scent of the palmers oil spray, but find that johnsons baby oil worked better for me and (again) was alot less pricey.

I will def be giving the scrub a go though!!!
