November 2012 Favourites

A picture of November 2012 Favourites

I like doing favourites posts. Personally, I like sharing the products I've been turning to the most and loving. I also adore reading other people's favourites posts and finding a few new things to add to my ever-growing wishlist. This month I have seven products to share with you that I've been adoring this November. And yes, I am super excited that November is over and we are closer and closer to my favourite time of year, Christmas!

First up I want to share with you a miracle worker. Oh yes, that's right. Finally, my boyfriend likes one of my perfumes! The same boyfriend who despises every last one of my perfumes, including my personal favourite, Kim Kardashian perfume, adores the Liz Earle Botanical Essence N'15. And I am a huge fan too. I've reached for this every day for the past week or so and I adore it. I'll be sharing a full review of this soon, so keep an eye out! Another scent I've adored throughout the last week or so of November is the Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Moisturising Body Oil. This not only smells amazing, but feels amazing too! I'll be sharing my thoughts on this and a few other Palmer's products in a couple of days!

It seems I've got a slight obsession... With adding glitter topcoats to my nails! My favourite is the Barry M Pink Sapphire Glitter topcoat. It just makes me feel so Christmassy! I was lucky to win this in a giveaway along with a few other lovely products, and I've teamed this with three other polishes so far and love it on all of them!

I've been using lip balms and lip salves like there's no tomorrow with this cold, miserable weather! But one I've been loving the most during the day and one I'm sure I've mentioned in a couple of favourites posts before, is the Maybelline Babylips in shade and scent Cherry Me. I just can't get enough of it! I've also turned to a different foundation this past month, rekindling my love for a summer favourite, the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel Foundation. I actually find this foundation more perfect for Autumn and Winter than I do Summer because it just feels perfect on my face, isn't drying and keeps my skin looking great.

Something I've been adoring and really don't think I could be without now, is my MoroccanOil Hydrating Styling Cream. I adore this so much! I pop a pump through my hair after getting out of the shower and before using either a hair oil or spray, and it leaves my hair feeling so super strong! I've reviewed this along with a couple of other MoroccanOil products which you can read here. And finally, my daily saviour. The Rimmel Stay Matte translucent powder. This is now a staple in my makeup routine and I carry it around everywhere with me. It finishes off my look perfectly, it's easy to use to touch up during the day, and even at my most oily of times, it turns me matte again! Bargain product and an absolute must have!

Let me know if any of these are your favourites too, and if you have done a favourites post link it below, I love checking them out! :)

  3. I'm a big fan of moisturising oils, especially at this time of year when my skin can really use some extra pampering. I love the palmers one, if you haven't already you might want to try the Neutragena Sesame oil as that's really lovely too xx

  5. Stay Matte powder is my saviour- I also have extremely oily skin but it's just incredible! I go through lip products like crazy in winter as well, I've been using the Nivea lip butter in Caramel Cream. It's moisturising, but nothing amazing - though it tastes and smells incredible! I love favourites posts too :)
