Magnifibres Brush-On False Lashes

I was over the moon when I saw a full sized Magnifibres in my July Lux Box. I had recently seen Magnifibres pop up in a couple of reviews, especially over on YouTube, and I was so intrigued and anxious to try them! I hate my eye-lashes. They don't really have any natural curl to them (unlike my unruly hair!) and I struggle to curl them with curling tongs. I've had them chemically permed in salons before, but after one beautician messed it up, I'd never do that again (imagine turkey twizzlers...) I've tried false lashes, but I just can't seem to find either a pair that is natural enough, nor perfect application. So I'm stuck with my boring lashes which don't do what I want. Which is why I was so eager to try Magnifibres!

So, what exactly are Magnifibres?

"No glue... No mess... No fuss... Just glamour! Magnifibres is the perfection solution for those who love long, big, captivating eye lashes but don't like the hassle of false lashes. 100% natural brush-on fibres create an immediate and stunning false lash effect - achieiving length and volume beyond belief. Magnifibres are very easy to apply and since they stick to your actual lashes, they look completely natural and glamorous."

There are three simple steps for applying Magnifibres!

Step one
Apply your own mascara as usual.

Step two
Apply Magnifibres onto your lashes using the same technique as if you were applying mascara, but look downwards. The natural fibres bind to the base coat of mascara.
Step three
Wait 30 seconds, then apply a second coat of your mascara.
TIP!
You can repeat steps two and three for even more length and volume!

I was just so excited to try these! Wouldn't you be? They sound perfect! So as soon as I got them, that's what I did. But I was so excited I didn't pay the most attention to the instructions. I didn't look down when applying them for the first time and boy oh boy, I'll tell you, when you get these little fibres in your eyes, they sting!! But that aside, (and I've learnt my lesson for future applications with no problems since, don't you worry!) I was so chuffed! My eyelashes did look longer. They did have more volume. They looked like how I always want my mascara to look when I apply it. Have I really found my perfect eyelash product? Could it really be so? I think so! I don't use these everyday, but if I am going out, they are a must! Whether it's day or night! They make me feel more confident, because I no longer think that my eyelashes are near invisible. These also help me curl my lashes with eyelash curlers better than I ever managed before I got them! I am impressed, I am content and I am in love! Everyone needs these in their makeup collection! And I mean, need.

I cannot cope with false eyelashes (only on very short rare occasions) so this looks an ideal alternative! xx

  17. Looks like a great idea - similar to Model-Co Fibre Lash fibres. They really do work - used them all the time after having my eyelash extentions removed. Good that you can use this with your regular mascara. x
