Introducing Liz Earle Skincare

I have liked Liz Earle since winning the Cleanse & Polish in a giveaway a few months back and I've lusted after both more of their skincare, and definitely their makeup, ever since I got the Cleanse & Polish. I have mentioned the Cleanse & Polish briefly in my third instalment of The Skincare Series, which you can find here, but if you would like a more in-depth review of the raved about Cleanse & Polish let me know, and I will do one!

Over the past two weeks I have been trying out two products from the Liz Earle skincare range, both which are suited to oily combination skin, and those products are the Instant Boost Skin Tonic and the Skin Repair Light Moisturiser (which is specifically for combination/oily skin) The Instant Boost Skin Tonic comes in a 200ml spritzer bottle and costs £13. It also comes in a non-spritzer bottle version of the same size which is £12.50. It contains organic aloe vera, calendula, rose-scented geranium, cucumber and natural vitamin E, which all help to revitalise, sooth and tone for instant skin radiance. I have been using this in two ways. I use it morning and night in my skincare routine as the toner step, and I will spritz it over my face then let it soak in. It has such a lovely spritzer that covers your whole face and comes out evenly. It has a really refreshing, fresh scent to it too which is really lovely. The second way I have been using this product is throughout the day to wake up my skin and refresh my face and makeup. It's a lovely product to use and I will be picking up the smaller handbag 30ml spritzer for on the go, which costs £5.25. It's such a soft and gentle, soothing toner and it just feels natural on my skin.

I am in love with the bottle which the Skin Repair Light Moisturiser comes in. It comes in a slim, tall bottom with a pump, unlike most moisturisers I have had but similar to the design of the Balance Me Natural Protection Daily Moisturiser with SPF18, which I have also reviewed and you can read here. The pump on this moisturiser is amazing. Literally, I'm in love with it. It's easy to use, one pump is enough for your entire face and it's not messy! Not once in two weeks of using this moisturiser have I had any residue product around the pump. It's great! This moisturiser contains borage and avocado oil, echinacea, beta-carotene and natural vitamin E and is a light, gentle and balancing moisturiser for fresh, naturally healthy skin. This moisturiser is great for my oily skin because it makes my skin feel and look moisturised without making my naturally oily skin more oily. I also find when I use this that my skin looks brighter and less dull. It's definitely one I would pick up again. A 50ml bottle of this costs £18.75.

I am really impressed with this products, as well as the Cleanse & Polish (remember to let me know if you want a full review of that!) I find Liz Earle skincare very gentle on my problematic skin. I also love that Liz Earle products are natural, full of lovely ingredients and you can tell a lot of care and thought goes in to the Liz Earle products. I'm planning to treat myself to one of the Liz Earle masks when I next finish one of my current masks, and I have no doubt that they will be just as good! I'm also super curious about the makeup range and will definitely have to look into that more! Have you tried any Liz Earle products? Let me know what your favourites are!
