Introducing Omorovicza Skincare

A picture of Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask and Rejuvenating Night Cream
I get really excited when I find a new skincare brand that I love. Especially when I can see such positive effects on my skin from using the products. A new (new to me) brand I have been trying out is Omorovicza. Omorovicza comes all the way from Budapest where Hungary's thermal waters are used to harness the beauty and health benefits using mineral cosmetology, taking natural, anti-aging skincare to a new level and the brand is constantly progressing, creating more and more natural, highly-effective skincare treatments, different from other skincare products all due to mineral cosmetology.

When my Omorvicza package arrived I was really impressed; the packaging is unlike the packaging I have found for many brands. Not just the way they package their actual products; in beautiful frosted glass pots, but in how they wrap and package their products. They came in a huge magnetic lid box with a gorgeous blue and white design (and big and sturdy enough for me to use for storage!) and the packaging for each individual product matched the box. It just looked very pretty, very sleek and very thought-out. I couldn't wait to get trying the products sent to me and I have to admit, this review is well over-due as I fell in love with both of these products almost straight after the first use. But I wanted to give them a proper trial to see how well they performed before sharing my thoughts as I think skincare is something you need to wait to see the difference with.

The Deep Cleansing Mask, which also comes with a beautifully soft, yet effective cleansing mitt, is more than your usual face mask. A deep-cleansing treatment, it is rich in calcium and magnesium which actively energises and brightens the skin as it draws out any impurities. It contains Hungarian moor mud, which is rich in calcium and magnesium carbonates, cleanses deeply and also nourishes, as well as white clay which naturally absorbs pore-clogging oil and draws out toxins and impurities. I just really love this mask. One of my favourite bits of skincare is doing a face mask and the way this makes my skin feel after using it is blooming lovely! I will admit that when I first apply this mask, it leaves a slightly fresh stinging sensation, but it soon calms down and after a couple of minutes it is like any other mask or skincare product. It's also really easy to take off, drying all over and I find the cleansing mitt it comes with is really lovely for taking this mask off.

If you could fall in love with a night cream, I think I have. Our skin responds better to more intensive, rejuventating treatments whilst we are asleep. The Rejuvenating Night Cream from Omorovicza works overnight to restore skin and leave it replenished and deeply hydrated. Deeply and hydrated are two words I often avoid when it comes to my skincare, but this hasn't made my oily skin worse. It's just made my skin feel beautiful. It contains hazelnut peptide which firms and plumps the skin, minimizing the appearance of fine lines, as well as carrot oil which is rich in pro-vitamin A, boosting the production of collagen. As well as that it has plum almond oil which restores suppleness and soothes, providing anti-oxidant defense against free radical damage, and apple pectin which provides long lasting hydration. Every few nights I will pop this on before bed. It is a very thick, luxurious cream but it sinks in to the skin quickly and easily, it doesn't leave a greasy residue and it has a beautiful subtle scent. When I wake up in the morning my face isn't greasy like with a lot of overnight moisturising products I use, but just beautifully soft and smooth. The cream sinks in to my skin and my skin absorbs all the moisture, with no negative affects afterwards, such as more oily skin the next day.

I've been really impressed with these two products and I think particularly the night cream, is something I will purchase when it runs out as it just leaves my skin feeling silky soft and smooth! It is quite out of my price range on my student budget, but it's something I'd invest in and treat myself to. Esp as I've used this so much already and it's hardly made a dent as a little goes a long way. There's so many other Omorovicza products I have my eye on, I shall have to get saving the pennies! A high-end brand, Omorovicza is one worth spending your money on, because the way these products have made my skin feel, is something you can't put a price on.

You can find out more about Omorovicza and the huge around of products they create on their website, here. The Deep Cleansing Mask comes in 50ml pot and costs £57. The Rejuvenating Night Cream also come sin a 50ml pot, and costs £96.

  2. I could NEVER pay that much for cleanser/moisturiser, especially when there's so many great skincare products for 1/5 of the price! I think I value my money too much, they look lovely though xx

The price tag might put me off a little though!

  8. I agree. Just one thing though, when my mask arrived it didn't come with the mitt, did you purchase it or it came free with the mask?

  9. Omorovicza is one of my favourite brands, their gold flash firming serum and the BB cream are my favourites!
You should definitely try them out, they are such high performance. I like the Omorovicza BB cream I even did a little video about it on youtube!
I love the night cream but sometimes find it's a bit too rich for everyday use, probably due to the bees wax contained in it.

    Best wishes,

    Danny
