The 100 Day Challenge - Update # 3

And so we come to the fourth week of the challenge... I have now done a whole month of the 100 day challenge! Time has actually flown by and I genuinely can't believe a month has already passed. There's not a whole lot I've been lusting after this week, but let's have a look at what has caught my eye....

Topshop Lip Crayon 'Hedonist' / Revlon Nail Polish '761 Scandalous'

EcoTools Travel Brush Set / Essie 'Good as Gold'

Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover / NARS Tinted Moisturiser
Benefit Erase Paste / Body Shop Coconut Body Scrub

Katy Perry False Lashes / Real Techniques Expert Face Brush

Burgundy Vans / Topshop Lipsticks

So that is every thing I do have my eye on. A lot of it, such as the Benefit Erase Paste, the Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover and NARS tinted moisturisers, are products which are hyped up in the blogging World that I would like to try for myself. I love Real Techniques and the brushes from the brand which I already have, are amazing, but I would like to expand my collection. I really like the look of the Katy Perry lashes from seeing them instore and want to try them out, as well as the Topshop lipsticks of which they are a few shades I like. I have one pair of Vans and they are the standard black ones. I love them and they are the shoes I wear the most, on a daily basis. But I really want a burgundy pair and have lusted after them for a few months now! I have the Body Shop Coconut Body Butter, and adore the scent. So I would really like to try the matching body scrub! The Revlon and Essie polishes are just shades I have seen and adore the look off, and the EcoTools Brush Set would be ideal for travelling! So all of these are mainly ones I have seen around for a while and lusted after!

This week has gone well spending wise, I have only bought things I am allowed to spend money on, such as tobacco and posting some pen-pals packages. I did however, very nearly cave, earlier in the week. I am an avid reader and regardless of the negative remarks made about it, I want to read the 50 Shades of Grey trilogy. And when we did the food shop this week I searched high and low for the trilogy to buy. However, they didn't sell them! But, an upside to this is not only did I not spend and break my good streak, but when talking to my bestie about it she said she would get me them for my birthday, which is in a fortnight! So I am super excited to receive them :)

Are you doing the challenge? Let me know how you're doing! Do you have any suggestions for things which should be making it on to my wish list each week? I want to know what you're lusted after products are!!

Have a lovely Friday!

(P.s. This is my 100th post, can you believe it?)

  2. I probably shouldn't tell you this because you're not meant to be spending (and you said your friend is going to buy them for you anyway) but Tesco has all the of the 50 shades books and they're only £3something each.

  4. What is the 100 day challenge? Is it literally not spending for 100 days? I probably have already done that without thinking, though if I imposed a spending ban there would soon be loads of stuff I want xx

  12. Which shade would you go for in the Erase Paste hun? I have a mini version of it in No 2 Medium that came with one of their kits but it's too dark for me. I've dipped my finger in it once though! x

  13. Well done for doing a month! You're doing really well! I want to try Erase Paste and I love the Body Shop Coconut range, I used my body butter up when I was pregnant and since then I've been using up all the random body lotions that I've got but this post has just reminded me how much I loved it, must get some more! :) xx

  15. I have the Revlon nail polish and it is so nice, however mine is called Facets of Fuschia. I think they get different names in different countries.

The coconut butter is divine!! :)

    Well done with your target!

  17. Well done on not spending so far, you're doing so well. I wouldn't even try, I know I'd fail within 3 days. As for 50 Shades, I'm currently on the 2nd book and absolutely loving it. I was in tears for about 20 mins last night and that, to me, is a signal of a good book. :P

Good luck with the rest of your challenge!

    2. Oh, it definitely is haha! But I'm just a sap and get far too caught up in it, so every time the character gets upset, I start bubbling away. xx
